  Terrible place to work. Would have the male instructors do strip outs of the inmates which is in violation of CDCR policy. Never provided all of the needed materials for hands on vocational classes in violation of NCCER requirements. Falsified paperwork giving inmates credit for classes that were not being taught and were used to give time off sentences. Had a vocational instructor install razor wire using a man lift for a crane, an OSHA violation. Crammed an entire class of 12 students and their counselor into a closet just big enough for six, a violation of Cal Fire. Will fire employees for retaliation for blowing the whistle on reported violations.
