  Never came out.
  
  I called on Mon, Jan 17, and scheduled for them to come out. The guy at the desk said they would probably be out the following Monday. I called back the following Tuesday, and he could not find me in the system. He said he'd call right back after he figured it out.
  
  I called back again that afternoon, and he said I was on the rotation, and they would be out in the next week or so. I asked if there was some way I could get bumped up the schedule, because our tank was empty. He said that they could not do that. He said he would call me the day before the driver went out.
  
  I never got a call. I called back on the 1st of Feb, and he said that he would try to find me in the system, and took all of my information again. He said he would call me right back. I called again on the 3rd. I was informed that drivers had been out, but unable to find me. I pointed out angrily that neither he nor the driver had called me, and he had never even called me back when he said that he would.
  
  He said he was sorry for the mix up, that I should try another company, and hung up on me. I called Phelan Gas, and they were out in less than four hours.
  
  One star to Kelly Gas. No stars to myself; I should have given up a week ago.
